MOQSEA Pte. Ltd. (“MOQSEA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company incorporated in Singapore. We operate the MOQSEA B2B sourcing marketplace at moqsea.com. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We collect the following personal data when you register or use the platform:

We do not currently use any third-party analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

We use your personal data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Enable communication between buyers and suppliers through the platform
• Display supplier profiles and factory listings to buyers
• Send transactional emails (e.g. account confirmation, password reset)
• Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

Your data is stored using Supabase, a database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region. Supabase implements industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL).

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised MOQSEA personnel only. We regularly review our security practices to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss of data.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With other users: Supplier profile data (name, company, location, contact details) is visible to registered buyers as part of the marketplace service. Buyer names and company names are visible to suppliers when a message is sent.
• With service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure. These providers process data solely on our instructions.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority in Singapore or another jurisdiction.

If you provide your annual sourcing budget during signup, this information is used internally to help us understand our user base and improve the platform. It is never displayed publicly and is never shared with suppliers or third parties.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. for financial or legal compliance purposes).

Under Singapore's PDPA, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdraw consent to certain uses of your data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

MOQSEA is a business-to-business platform intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
