MOQSEA is operated by MOQSEA Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (“MOQSEA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate an online B2B marketplace at moqsea.com that connects buyers seeking manufactured goods with suppliers and manufacturers primarily based in South East Asia.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the MOQSEA platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
If you are using MOQSEA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
MOQSEA provides a platform for buyers and suppliers to discover each other and communicate directly. MOQSEA is not a party to any transaction, agreement, contract, or arrangement entered into between buyers and suppliers.
We do not manufacture, inspect, certify, ship, or take custody of any goods. We do not guarantee the accuracy of supplier listings, product descriptions, certifications, pricing, availability, or lead times. Any agreement for the purchase or supply of goods is solely between the buyer and the supplier.
MOQSEA expressly disclaims all liability arising from or related to transactions, disputes, losses, or damages between buyers and suppliers. Users transact entirely at their own risk.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@moqsea.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, contain fraudulent information, or engage in prohibited conduct.
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content they post, including company details, product descriptions, certifications, and pricing. MOQSEA does not independently verify supplier information unless a supplier has been expressly granted “Verified” or “Certified” status through our verification programme.
By posting content on MOQSEA, suppliers grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.
You must not use the MOQSEA platform to:
All content, design, logos, and software comprising the MOQSEA platform are the property of MOQSEA Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, MOQSEA and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction facilitated through it.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall not exceed SGD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOQSEA Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of MOQSEA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
